DASTARDS have been booked for PLATFORM PROMOTIONS celebration of its first full year putting on great gigs in the Birmingham area. It’s a 2 day affair. DASTARDS are playing on 23rd Aug in the evening.

Stretch

It went well.

The band got together (for the first time) the day before and rehearsed for 3 hours – then headlined at The Tardebigge. On just before was Dead Letter Office. They play some sophisticated music and the keyboards give their sound a fullness.

After them came DASTARDS with Stoo on drums for the first time. Opening with Unknown Metaphors (which was the only track our video camera filmed before running out of battery power) , then Silent Soul, Staying Out, Lonely In-between, Flashlights, What I Came For, an interesting version of Succumb and ending on Trouble.
